Key responsibilities:
Sales and Accounts Receivable
• Updating sales entries on daily basis.
• Preparation of Daily sales report.
• Daily branch wise Receivable reconciliation (POS, Deals, Credit sales).
Purchase and Accounts Payable
• Daily updating all Cash /Credit purchases branch wise.
• Reconciliation of Suppliers statements and follow up for SOA.
• Processing and review of General Expenses suppliers, payments to suppliers.
• Branch wise Month end closing stock summary.
• Review and validate closing stock summary and report to the Management.
• Verifying LPO with purchases.
• Assisting in Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management.
• Daily sales reports & supports receipts, checking all control aspects and entering into accounting system.
General Ledger
• Staff cost Entries (Payroll, WPS, Gratuity, leave passage, Leave salary, etc.)
• Staff Advances.
• Processing branch wise Rents Restaurants / Staff / Stores with PDC’S.
• Booking all general expenses invoices (DEWA / SEWA, Government payments.)
• Verification and Issuance of branch wise petty cash.
• Preparation all bank payments and preparation of cheques.
• Preparation of all all intercompany Debit/Credit notes.
• Processing all utilities bills and Government bills.
• Processing and review all head office petty cash reimbursement payments.
• Provision and submission of other Administrative duties.
Daily and Monthly Reconciliation
• Head office petty cash handling and processing reimbursement.
• Sales reconciliation as per sapaad software.
• Petty cash advance reconciliation.
• Staff advance reconciliation.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of Prepaid Expenses.
Fixed Assets
• Payment voucher and cheque preparation for all inventory suppliers, co-ordination with purchase on documentation etc.
• Booking of Fixed Assets.
• Calculation of Depreciation.
• Month end cumulative branch wise depreciation booking.
Financial Statements
• Preparation of Submission of daily MIS report (Daily sales, Receivable etc.).
• Preparation of Branch wise Profit and Loss account.
• Preparation of Consolidated Profit and Loss account.
• Preparation of Balance sheet.
• Preparation of Daily cash flow statement.
• Preparation of All balance sheet schedules.
• Helping the Finance Manager in daily cash flow.
• Provision and Reports as required by the Management.
Follow up on Receivables and Payables
Verification and Maintenance of Accounts receivable, Accounts payable and General Ledger
authorizing of invoices, purchase bills and processing of payments
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Fixed asset management
Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
Cash Flow Management
Maintain and scrutiny of Agent Balances.
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Provides technical support to outside auditors and assists the financial controller in the preparation of Annual Reports.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Closing books of accounts, preparing schedule, producing P & L and other MIS for management.
Prepare and process payroll and accounting the same.
Process vendor and staff payments as per the company norms.
Creating Purchase Order and placing to vendors for business requirements.
Maintaining Stock Register.
Raising Invoices on customers as request received from sales team.
Forwarding invoices to customers and follow up for payments.
Maintaining credit control, deposit and accounting the payments received from customers.
Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
Preparing monthly cash flow for management.
Creating, capitalizing assets and maintaining the schedule for the same.
Handling audit and preparing schedules for them
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Participate in the physical stock check at warehouses.
To manage vehicles for delivering the material to customer.
To review supplier invoices for proper approvals and document attached
To prepare monthly profit and loss and quarterly financial report.
