Sending E-mails to the Dealers, export, and Credit customers regarding product and price updates. ( E.g. key value chain and suppression chain and their prices.).
Approaching to the credit customers to make sure the write supply of parts, and at the same time book for new orders.
Creating monthly sales report and sending the same to the Sales Manager.
Leading a team for smooth flow of oracle Application.
Preparing sales reports, making sales analysis and presenting the same in sales meeting.
Creating report of team member on various factors like call handling time, quality etc.
Regular checkup and feed back to team member.
Developed excellence in quality and analyze the various factors of complaints.
Giving response and solve queries through emails.
