To supervise and assist in managing electrical systems maintenance budget and contracts in all areas of the refinery, bulk plant, infrastructure, utilities and facility buildings to maintain high reliability and contribute to the integrity and security of the Electrical systems and to ensure its operations in accordance with ARAMCO specifications.
To provide technical expertise for electrical equipment maintenance activities, standards and procedures.
Assisting in developing Predictive and Preventative Maintenance plans and procedures for all electrical equipment.
Develop renovation plans for obsolescence to maintain high performance levels for Electrical Systems.
Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all electrical equipment.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Divisions to assist in determining and predicting electrical equipment components’ life using appropriate reliability tools, such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Mean time between failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), to ensure extended operating life of electrical equipment.
Facilitate investigations into electrical equipment failures or incidents to identify root causes. Produce written reports documenting the failure, cause and preferred solution by which similar failures or incidents are prevented.
Provided technical advice when required with regards to searching for and preparing new electrical equipment proposals, and review equipment specifications, documents and drawings.
Establish and audit backup and recovery procedures for Electrical system and related equipment.

• Supervised installation, termination, testing and commissioning of Medium Voltage Main Distribution Power Feeder line (13.8 KV) off-site infrastructure from Marafiq Sub-station to site through Dry Utility Duct Bank, two MV SF6 Pad Mounted Switch gears (PMS) and MRMUs and turned over to End User Marafiq.
• Successfully handed over to Royal Commission Yanbu, internal LV distribution network of five-1500KVA and two-1000KVA, 13.8KV 480/230V, 3-Phase 4-wire Dead front looped type Package Substation with complete system.
• Supervised and assisted for Inspection techniques used in Electrical Testing & commissioning of MV Transformers, Potential Transformer/ Current Transformer Turn Ratio Test, MV Switchgears MV Metering unit, Cable of HV/MV/LV distribution networks under kind control of Senior Engineer of “MARAFIQ T&D Department YANBU”. Hand on experience in using different types Electrical Testing Equipment. Like: -AC/DC Hi- POT, Insulation Resistance Tester, Digital Low Resistance Ohm Meter (DLRO), Transformer Turn Ratio Testing Machine, Current Injector, Earth Resistance Tester.
• Supervised installation, termination, testing and commissioning of LV MDB (Form2) and sub-main distribution Panels, Electrical Equipment, conveying system, associated LV Cables and raceways, Cable Trays, building primary and emergency wiring, Lighting fixtures, convenience outlets for all the buildings of project.
• Supervised installation, termination, testing and commissioning of Low Current systems i.e., Smart City Telecom network, Data System, Fire Alarm system and CCTV of the project.
• On-site Dry Utility Infrastructure works for MV, LV, LC/Telecom Distribution system and Street Lighting System (12m, 8m and 3m Height).
• Co-ordinated with Mechanical department for providing power to mechanical equipment like AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fans, Water heaters, Fire Pump Motors (Electrical, Diesel, Jockey), Irrigation pumps.
• Minimized the construction cost and time of the project by proper management, innovations and safe working practices, avoiding repetitive works, by following PQP, contract specifications and monitoring subcontractors work, mitigating delays using critical path analysis and secured the financial rights of the company.
