border guard checkpoints.

Project Description:
Development of infrastructure works to meet all requirement of a Lusail future City including
Tunnel road (2 levels), LRT station, car parks and at grade utilities with required tie-in
along existing networks and roads.
• Developing baseline plan (cost & resource loaded) in accordance with the contract documents & technical specifications and informing the same to the site construction team.
• Identification of the best execution strategy suiting the time and the cost constraints as set out in the contract of the fast-track project.
• Preparing revised baseline schedule (both internal and external) based on approved EOT and prepared its attributing reports including revised logic, construction methodology etc. Working out on clarification and Consultant’s comments and submitting for client review, iterations and approval thereof.
• Liaising with sub-contractors, site construction team and the consultants to ascertain any problems to the progress of works and resolve them immediately.
• Maintaining a Hindrance Register to be made available during site visits and meetings, and record any comments or observations that would aid in handling claims.
• Monitoring daily progress of site and preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the Consultants and the Client.
• Updates of external and internal programme on weekly basis. Ensuring the accuracy of updated schedule by extensive verifications, carrying out periodic site visits to confirm actual progress and sequence of work progress.
• Review project performance, to re-assess and revise the project’s/work package’s execution strategy and productivity targets.
• Advise the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Construction teams in prioritizing their tasks to meet the project schedule.
• Perform Time Impact Analysis, to evaluate the effect of Engineer’s Instructions on the Execution Programme.
• Prepared delay analysis with major events and did workshops and presentations for Client Approval.
• Preparation of look ahead schedules to catch-up with the target progress as set out in the Baseline Execution programme.
• Reviewing and evaluating sub-contractor’s weekly and monthly progress updates and reports and their rolling schedule, including catchup plans, revision of schedule and mitigation measures.
• Ensuring that sub-contractor’s mitigation/ recovery program is realistic and achievable.
• Preparing internal monthly management reports, including status, progress trend, variance, and forecast Completion.
• Establishment of the expected cash flow, manpower requirement, equipment resources. Establishment of progress measurement system based on the assigned resources and cost to manage using Earned Value Management concept.
• Development of Info-graphical reports using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Excel.
Project: Development of Residential and Commercial Buildings.

• Perform setting out on site and interpret drawings with full understanding of reinforcement
drawings and bending schedules to the Subcontractors / Foremen.
• Oversee the construction works on site in accordance with the contract documents and
review contractor’s submission in terms of shop drawings, materials, test reports, RFIs,
Inspection Requests etc.
• Recommend solutions to engineering problems to ease constructability and reduce delays
at the site.
• Preparation of tests and mock-ups required for Consultant’s approval prior to start of
construction works at site.
• Ensuring the construction works are in accordance with the technical specifications,
designs, safe systems and quality of materials.
• Keeping a log of all the activities that are progressing at site and report weekly / monthly
progress in terms of earned value and drawings.
• Maintain strict Health and Safety compliance at the site and conduct tool box talks on
weekly basis.
