• Responsible in the development of Request for proposal (RFP) and develops consolidated overview of all supplier’s proposals, score supplier responses

• Worked with sourcing managers and business clients to develop, document and communicate sourcing strategies

• Determine the needs of the company in regards to equipment and supplies necessary for safe operations and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and lease terms, and make the best decision for the company.
• Negotiate sales agreements with selected vendors to get the best value, and periodically revisit and renegotiate contracts for the duration of the business relationship.
• Process purchase orders for materials and subcontract labor, monitor procurement, shipping and delivery of materials for all solutions.
• Work with suppliers to know product availability and assure competitive pricing.
• Communicate current pricing and availability to Proposal Manager and Estimators.
• Responsible of Shipping, Tracking and Receiving of all project related materials.
• Assist PM in scheduling and coordinating with vendors and subcontractor’s materials delivery
