• Preparation of shop / coordination / as-built drawings as per contract documents, specifications and as per site condition.
• Oversaw the installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical system and coordinating with Electrical Installation/system.
• Coordinates all mechanical, electrical, plumbing Systems, lifts, etc. with civil activities.
• Implementation of Project Quality Plan and Project Safety Plan.
• Daily on-site surveillance to ensure that all the activities performed on site are based on approved specification / quality Plan, approved material submittal, latest drawing and method statement.
• Attending technical meetings on a weekly basis to resolve non-conformity arising at site.
• To review and approve Supplier / Contractor submittals, Comparison sheets, Technical Details.
• Liaises with Consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, PM, CM and PEs to ensure an effective interface with the construction schedule and full compliance.
• ` Monitors testing and commissioning of equipment’s and ensures their operation are adequately documented and retains results for record purposes of all testing and commissioning.
• Monitors all subcontractors’ resources to ensure adequacy and availability to maintain the construction schedule.
• Coordinates with consultant regards approvals of drawings/material submittals related to all services.
• Ensures compliance with and implementation of project PQP during all construction operations and reports to the site PQM site deficiencies.
• Participates in the handing over Team. Controls, supervises the application of handing over procedure, and inspect works and lists items needing rectification, distributes respective remedial responsibilities to the relevant Sub-contractors
