# IT Coordinator:
* Monitor trends and new developments in technology; recommend appropriate new technology and enhancements for business applications
# Systems Analyst:
* Work directly with the users to develop systems enhancements and resolve production problems by studying current software and identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability. Suggest any changes or modifications to improve performance and report to direct manager.
* Prioritize user requests; review and clarify user requests including impact analysis, prepare project plan, implement user sign off to production, and ensure ticket closing.
# Project Management:
* Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information. Perform new system and release testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
* Work with Project managers on user specifications and assure proper solutions are tested and delivered for user review and implementation
* Create logical and innovative solutions to complex problems, draw up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
* Oversee the implementation of new systems and train users on functionality of new systems and enhancements in releases of existing systems.
# Infrastructure Management:
Managing Exchange Server 2003, VPN Server, ISA Server, Firewall & Remote Access
Designed and Implemented complete network for our new facility / office having 100+ users.

* Ensure technical compatibility and user-friendliness by coordinating between the development team and act as interface with multi-functional user.
* Oversee the implementation of new systems and train end-users.
* Implemented & designed database structure and act as Database administrator.
