•Designed and developed a SAP script form ZMICLPO. This report prints process order, batch size,
Actual Qty issued, Material, Storage and other plant details for each process order.
•Developed a SAP Script form ZMICLR which prints Reservation No, Material and Qty details, Movement Types, Goods receipts Notes, Batch and Storage Conditions for each manually generated Reservation No.
•Developed a report which provides Vendors details and the Material Supplied by them to different plants.
•Developed a Domestic Purchase Order form which provides information on Company details, Vendor details, Material details, Delivery details and other Header text and Item text details for Mylan China Division.
•Developed General Ledger Line items report ZFI002 which enables the business user to get all G/L related information from a single report instead of collating data from several other programs for Mylan China Division.
•Developed Purchase Order Goods ReceiptInvoice Receipt report ZMM002, This report provides PO Item details and its respective GR details and its related Invoice Receipt including reversal GR‘s and IR’s in a single transaction for Mylan China division.
Objects Customized:
•Performed Conversion of Classical reports into ALV reports.
•Performed change of Company Name and Company Logo in the ZSTUC Authorization Matrix form which is used in SOX Audit process.
•Performed display modifications in Invoice values, Material Description, Addition of Range Address and Division Address in Application of Removal of Excisable Goods Form ZVARE1 for FDF Plants of Mylan India Ltd.
•Performed modifications of the custom objects as per Documentum Software implemented in FDF plants of Mylan India Ltd.
•Performed several customizations in Forms / ALV / Classical and Interactive reports as per the business requirement by removing unwanted loops and applying Binary Search which drastically improved the application performance.
•Maintenance of Business Change Request documents for Audit purpose.
Roles and Responsibilities in IT Asset Management : :
1.IT Operational Support :
• Collection of Quarterly IT peripherals requirements from all 14 locations (Plants and Corporate offices) of Mylan India.
• Checking and verifying the indent and coordinating with SCM Team and Vendors for procurement of IT materials.
• Coordinating with Logistics Dept and Transporters for timely deliveries of IT peripherals to the respective locations though NRGP and RGP process.
• Preparation of CAPEX and Asset Installation Reports
• Organizing the configuration of desktops and laptops for new recruits.
2. Maintenance of IT Stores : :
• Maintaining inventory of various types of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Printer Cartridges and other IT peripherals.
• Segregating and organizing the IT Assets vendor wise, model wise and serial no wise.
• Maintaining the records for inward and outward of IT materials.
3. IT Service Support : :
• Maintaining and updating the centralized Data of systems configuration details assigned to each business user for all Mylan India locations.
• Co-ordination with vendors for immediate Repairs / Replacements / Restoration of IT systems and services.
• Planning, Implementation and Execution of IT Asset Labeling of each and every IT System across all locations of Mylan India.
• Generated Barcodes for LTO cartridges to perform Tape Rotation of IBM TS 3310 Server.
• Created Incident Requests in BMC Remedy.
• Invoice Processing of Annual Maintenance Contracts and Facility Management Services every month and Quarter wise, in coordination with Finance Dept for timely payments to vendors.
• Played a vital role in planning and executing of shifting around 400 IT systems from old office to New Corporate Office in co-ordination with Security and Admin Teams.
