• Leading the project of ERP Implementation & upgradation from Baan IV to Infor Ln. Mapping business requirements,
• Coordinating with company’s business heads and IT personnel to define business strategies and support operational processes; spearheading system implementation & up-gradation initiatives.
• Managing all I.T Projects right from, evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements, project scoping, technical documentation, resource allocation & task scheduling, manpower deployment and team meetings for reviewing progress of the project.
• Managing and leading team members, defining job responsibilities, allocating resources, motivating & guiding the team members during the project till final delivery. Implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines,
