Responsibilities:
-Manage and direct staff members and the construction.
-Supervise and Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
-Direct surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points and elevations to guide construction.
-Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work within time, cost and quality constrains.
-Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
-Prepare and submit related project submittals, RFIs, RFPs...etc.
-Prepare and submit invoices.
-Assist in preparing contractual claims.
-Communicate with a range of people including the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers and the workforce.
