Head of Administration for Camps & Catering for all Onshore, Offshore Barges & Island and Onshore Projects for the entire company. Directing the entire operations, day to day duties and responsibilities in addition to preparing budgets and contract negotiations.
Overseeing all company facilities in addition to managing the residential village under Magenta Gulf Real Estate Co. make sure that all maintenance schedules, hygiene, safety standards are maintained to par and as set by the Ministry.
In addition to all other services that here come under the department (i.e. suppliers, government relations, administration, ..etc...)
Overseeing the entire catering operation of Buhasa Camp by which providing the highest standards of hygiene, quality and standard to our employees whom total up to 15, 000 employees.
In addition to the above mentioned, we work with the commercial department with the regards to suppliers and tenders. I also oversee the matters of employee training and development through various methods of tool box talks, courses, in addition to improving employee moral.
In charge of all camp facilities, budgeting and procurement of new furniture and equipment.. Room booking and allocation, maintenance, housekeeping, transport, Hotel Reservation & Allocation in AbuDhabi and Airport Bookings.As well as organizing banquets and conferences, welcoming VIP delegations from the president of the U.A.E and high profile delegations from other countries.
In charge of the catering locations in the allocated field, where we were providing messing for various nationalities for the amount of 10000 employees, and were in charge of the day to day running and serving of all messing facilities, in addition to stock inventory, ordering and receiving of goods. Also the process of menu planning and quality control.
Diploma in Hotel Management ( Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and Administration).
