Operational performance: Develops programs, projects, goals and metrics to lead Local BU/Division Service team to highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations. Collaborates with operational excellence teams to integrate optimal service processes and tools. Ensure effective utilization through resource planning and scheduling.

• Operations improvement: Drives service productivity improvement in the Local BU/Division Service team in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team. Initiate and drive OPEX savings and improvement projects using 4Q methodology. Ensure implementation of Service findings to products/system BU’s for continuous improvement of offerings.
