Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
Direct the Sales team and establish sales targets, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
Expand Direct Coverage across the province according to the existing opportunities.
Participate in the Commercial Planning process through developing accurate forecasts & customer plans.
Analysing and reporting the competitors and competitor products in the area of responsibility.
Keep the sales team well-informed on any new leads in the market and always keep an open communication channel, brainstorm and discuss how to improve internal processes or how to adopt best practices as seen from the market.
Liaise internally with each department and support/adhere to the internal processe.
Manage and resolve all received customer inquiries, suggestions, and complaints in coordination with customer service team.
