- Develop profitable new business and grow existing customer base by selection, coaching training the territory team (sell through others). Be the voice of the territory customers within the company.
- Set clear deliver objectives that are consistent with the company's goals with each member of the territory team.

3 - Horizontal coverage expansion (Expanded new outlets and accounts).
4 - Adapting new business techniques (A display benchmark, as well para site units)
- Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies.
-Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Co. products.
- Work closely with dealers & distributors & assist them to promote the Co. products
