Developing enterprise application to manage the trading and shipping process of foreigner trading companies in china. Application includes maintaining customer profiles, Accounting subsystem, shipping subsystem, employees management system, invoices and packing lists. Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, ASP.NET 4 C#, Microsoft SQL 2008, Microsoft SQL 2008 reporting services. Manage and maintain host servers.
Developing Internet applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 ASP.NET 3.5, C# Technology.
Developing Web Services and Windows Services.
Developing Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2008.
SQL querying and programming.
Organize, maintain and be accountable for the quality of the Item Master Database (IMDB) as per Nielsen quality standards.
Operate IMDB system as defined in nielsen.
Check accuracy and validity of new products entering the system.
Monthly quality back check on new products for Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain.
Ensure accuracy and validity of characteristic values assigned to new and existing products.
Work with field to develop timely/effective communication/documentation with reference data on collecting required information for coding.
Build and maintain a ‘library’ of info concerning products leaflets, advertisements, materials from clients info from suitable publications to maintain an updated knowledge of the market with the help of the office ‘library’ and also with physical visits to stores.
Ensure regular meetings, interactions within Reference Data and with other COEs to ensure business continuity.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintain computer systems and networks.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Replacing parts as required.
Setting up new users¡¦ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
Working continuously on a task until completion ( or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
Testing and evaluating new technology.
