I worked with SAE Institute in the position “Animation Supervisor” and my responsibility was to :
• Assist employees and students with various technical issues including hardware, software and network configuration, desktop system performance and maintenance procedures (PC & Mac).
• Install and configure the offices and Classes hardware’s, software’s and operating systems.
• Train and orient staff and students in basic computer skills.
• Repair faulty hardware and software. Troubleshoot installation and application issues.
• Address problems and issues constructively to find acceptable and practical solutions.
• Assist the Systems Administrators as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Information Systems & Facilities.
• Give Lectures when requested (I was giving 3Ds Max Lectures)
