• VNOC Team leader which managing FO and BO to ensure delivery good quality
of IPTV services.
• Coordinate, Managing Conference Call, and Escalation any issue to Customer
and xNOC to resolve any issue.
• Prepare and Analysis Network (Network Inspection) Mobily-IPTV Preventive
Maintenance Report for Engineers.
• Contact neighboring Teams as GPON (Fixed Access Network) and MPLS (Core Network)
for resolve Network Issues and NGSDP team for Content Issues (Schedule periodic
meeting and by conference call).
• Make Monthly Presentation Report related to enhance technical knowledge into IPTV
System.
• Manage Customer Care and help them for any issue related to End-Customer (Reset
Password, Create Account, Binding STB, Assign Packages...etc.) for offer good QoS and
QoE to End-Customer.
• Managing TT in Remedy/Seibel Tools for IPTV Issues and follow-up until fix solution.
• Export Training Guides for Local VNOC Team and make Training for Mobily Staff.
• Service Desk provide to Mobily (Customer Care, Marketing, IT...etc.) and help to resolve
any issues for them.
• Save KPI and SLI of IPTV Manage Services project.
• Monitor and Troubleshooting of IPTV Live Stream, VOD...etc. and alarms according to
NMS I2000, Cacti, SQM, and Magic Wall Alarms and indicators.
• Prepare Periodic Weekly Training regarding IPTV Network/Platform and Represent it to
Team's Members.
• Configure, Maintenance, and Troubleshoot Network and Platform issue and resolve any
TT related to it.
• Generate and Analysis Saudi Mobily Daily Performance, Checklist, DHCP IP Utilization,
Outage Channel Report, Opened Tickets, Outage Channels, and IPTV weekly reports for
Huawei's IPTV Network and Platform for All Sites and Delivered to Mobily customer \[KPI
and SLI are saved\], and generate other Internally Reports.
• Create, Edit, Delete IPTV Service Packages according to Customer Request.
• Publish Republish, Delete, make offline, and hide Live TV Channels and VODs for
Huawei's IPTV System.
