• Instrumental in successfully implementing WORLDTICKET AND INK System by executing effective measures,
• Managed the planning, phase wise for implementation of both Reservations and DCS system, data backup, migration, risk management, design and development of Operational Structure, planning of time frame for each module, training, resource allocation, network infrastructure upgrade etc. which comprised 3 phases covering areas such as Data Centre Virtualization, Network Security, Network Monitoring
• Collaborated with company vendors and management teams in initiating and developing a vendor continuity program that led to benefits such as risk mitigation and management, resource allocation, defining time strap, defining the scope and life span of the product & future upgrades
• Actively involved in multiple recoveries at the time of disasters such as Network failure at data centre, Power outage, recovery management during mirroring of large datasets, Unresponsive transactions after go live from third party vendors during verification of certifications (SSLs), DNS updates and the risks involved during migration for DNS updates
• Planned for a phased wise IT budget for a period of 5 Years of INR 350 Lakhs / USD 538 Thousand by recommending both the one time investment and phase wise categorization and classification and implementing suitable solutions depending on various futuristic requirements keeping in view the future expansion of business sector wise.
