Working closely with Knowledge Management Manager to align the Technology Strategy to KM Business Strategy.
Implementing KM initiatives, looking across KM processes to capture the organization knowledge and balancing the technology
enabler with the DMA learning objectives.
Developing service Improvement plan and turning KM ideas into workable solutions.
Enforce Central Knowledge Management Office’s (CKMO) polices, updates and changes across the municipalities (AAM, WRM).
Managing services vendors and making sure to facilitate the technical support based on the agreed SLA.
Extend the support and the consulting services to Municipalities’ technical capabilities.
Provide single point of contact between CKMO and other departments for any KM technology or requirements related activities.
Analysis of the customer's needs any apply a technical analysis.
Develop and maintain collaborative applications based on SharePoint Portal Server.
Participate in proposal writing.
Mapping analysis between the requirements (What) and the SharePoint functionalities (How).
Setup and maintenance of SharePoint solutions.
Setup IT Roadmap for clients.
Ensures that the project is planned and executed 100% in compliance to Application Delivery processes.
Acts as the single point of contact between Technical Delivery Group and Client Care Management.
Proactively improve service against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) identified for Application Services Objectives and Goals.
