Ford Connected Vehicle Platform & Products (CVP&P) organization is part of Ford Mobility developing best-in-class ‘Connected Vehicle’ products globally by leveraging the cutting-edge technologies.
•Develop System and Component level Technical Requirements specifications and end-end validation procedures.
•Develop precise and customer focused system and sub-system level specifications to cover both functional and non-functional requirements by following industry/Ford standard modeling and methodologies
•Work closely with feature owners, system engineers, in-vehicle electrical hardware teams, IT and mobile app teams to launch features globally
•Ensure Backlog stories and their Acceptance Criteria are understood by the delivery team
•Participate in sprint Planning events, capability prioritization, and collaborate with the delivery team to define the sprint goal
•Participate in Sprint Retrospectives to focus on successes and opportunities for continuous improvement
•Accept Backlog Items as they are completed by development teams
•Thoroughly evaluate the features and functions, Create, update and review test procedures, plans Test execution and coordination of lab and field tests
•Lead defect triage sessions to determine root cause and aligned solutions, and work diligently to drive open issues to closure in support of project timing
•Periodically generate feature KPIs to assess the feature quality and to evaluate the customer expectations
TekSystems
Have been working within Ford Smart Mobility, specifically the “uber-like” shuttling services projects for Autonomous Vehicle. Working with the business to understand abstract business information, lead, review and approve deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the project sprints with the IT Delivery team.
•Work directly with customers, both Business Owners and IT Delivery to ensure alignment and that deliverables fall within scope.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and to support multiple project efforts simultaneously with primary focus on Autonomous Vehicles technology.
•Meet with stakeholders in the various cross-functional teams to clarify specific requirements and ensure alignment across the board.
•Delegate tasks to junior staff members.
•Lead backlog grooming sessions, and Demo deliverables at end of a sprint.
•Review and approve user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Lead the development of architectural and design artifacts such as conceptual diagrams, business flows and business integration models.
•Leverage Agile methodology and Zackman framework to define, design, implement solution capabilities.
•Lead and participate in daily standups, scrum meetings and JAD sessions, keep the team aligned and help to resolve blockers.
•Share and present initial drafts to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
•Good knowledge of SOA and hands-on integration implementation with enterprise apps.
•Researching and evaluating pros and cons of solution proposals.
