Around 11 years’ experience in the IT field as Technical Support Engineer. I have a Good Experience with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems. Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and fixing breakdowns of all IT related hardware and software. Supporting Users Computer related problems. Strong troubleshooting skills on computer hardware, computer software, and wireless network and communication devices. Providing direct Technical Support to computer users like Network, PC, operating systems, Internet, Email and Office applications. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Creating and managing new user accounts, Groups and OU in Active Directory. Moving user accounts and computers to the corresponding Organizational Units in Active Directory. Email configuring (Ms. Outlook office, Outlook express and Outlook Web Access) Email related problems are solved on end user side, like repair the PST file, create new PST file, reconfigured outlook, send and receive problems, not able to open the email, Mails are moved from mailbox to PST file, calendar sharing., Troubleshooting Windows related problems, like user not able to login into domain, not able to connect share folder from server, not able to print, . Etc. Printer installed locally on one Computer and shared it with other computers. Network printers are installed on Print server and connecting it with user computers. Installed different kinds of printers. Installed and troubleshooting MS Office, Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, 11 and application software Install and configure Hospital applications are (SIS - SAAD).
