Prime Objective:
• Provide contractual technical & Commercial service and assist customers with problem solving support.
• Ensure implementation of the Chemtech Service Standards at all client sites.
- Key Responsibilities:
• Plans and carries out service responsibilities within assigned customers.
• Delivers service in line with Application Quality Plan in assigned accounts.
• Visits customer facilities and implements practical application of products.
• Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling.
• Establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as
ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant.
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate
necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes.
• Recommends changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment.
• Prepares site/ field analysis reports..
Involved in the following activities:
Monitor day-to-day plant production and respond timely to
process upset to ensure Maximum plant availability and production.
Carry out daily heat and material heat balance for the train, performing unit simulation to verify actual optimum operating conditions, monitor key process parameters and investigate root causes and response to plant operational problems.
Implement process performance testing schedule.
Implement materials testing schedule using XRF, XRD, GC,
The program aims at developing the first Micro-Digester in Egypt; a machine that
blends domestic kitchen wastes and uses different chemical processes to produce
Bio- Gas from that waste.
Creating and designing simple products with distinct value which were used as fundraising and publicity tool for the organization.
A one month internship at process department, maintaining the optimum conditions for production of ammonia and urea.
A one month internship in Detergents (powder & liquid) production,
Safety and Quality control, production plans and strategies.
Studying and simulating concepts of waste recycling.
Safety training, measuring and maintaining pressure in crude oil wells, preparing oil samples for testing and determining the API gravity, techniques of oil-gas separation and production of LPG.
Natural gas and condensate processing and primary treatment, studying and summarizing steps needed in order to produce natural gas (drilling, producing, processing, transportation, marketing, etc.)
Fighting hunger through diversity and innovation by creating effective programs addressing hunger problems in Egypt.
A three weeks training in Painting and Insulation techniques and requirements for process equipment in chemical plants.
A two weeks Course in Corrosion and Protective Coatings for Pipes and Equipment.
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt
