Routine activities included production as per standard procedure, design and QC requirements; daily production planning; manpower handling; shift scheduling; performance appraisal;
daily preventive and corrective actions; documentation of various production related data and charts
Project Scheduling, Breaking up the Project Processes and preparing to meet the promised scheduled dates.
Documents product-related issues/enhancement opportunities and performs Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).
Coordinating with QC, Purchase, Projects, Logistics& Stores Department before Production and ensuring that the materials are available and inspected by the client QC and ensuring the material is within requirements
Providing technical support, training and assistance to sub-contractors manufacturing resources.
Preparing document and implementation ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OSHAS18001:2007 systems in the department.
Worked as Production Engineer at Conveyor belt Manufacturing unit. Headed a team consisting of 15 members, including supervisors, technical assistants/foreman who were involved in the production of Conveyor belts & Rubber sheets, Chevron Belts using Sophisticated machines like Automated 4 roll calenders, Hydraulic presses and Rotocure.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Overall Production Incharge of the Conveyor Belt Manufacturing Unit.
•Planning of Raw material and periodic stock replenishment required for production in coordination with store team and initiating the procurement of the same through Purchase department.
•Preparing the Cost estimations of all the products manufactured in the production unit and advising the same to Estimation department.
•Working out final delivery dates of products manufactured in the Plant and conveying it to the Sales team.
•Involving in continuous improvement, Environmental Management system (ISO14001), Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) applicable in the company.
•Preparing Reports and Analyzing the Monthly Production Volume comparisons, Material Consumption, Cost of production, Cost center (Machine) utilization, Processing costs, Labour utilization, Over Heads Vs Utilization.
•Preparing expected Budget reports for the year by analyzing the Previous years production data and consumption patterns.
•Involving in continuous improvement, Environmental Management system (ISO14001), Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) applicable in the company.

Worked as Project Engineer for Six Construct Project .Bearing pads(500 X 400 X 146, 500 X 400 X 89, 600 X 600 X 201 etc), strip seals( OSS120, OSS 200) and Expansion joints ( R.E.J 145, REJ 335, REJ225 ) ect were the products included in the project.The team consist of more than 15 members who were involved to complete these works.

•Prepared and issued required drawing and production procedure to the production floor.
•Management of final batch compound stock in coordination with store.
•Preparing weekly and monthly production report and forwarding the same to A.G.M (R.W).
