1- Ensure direct technical support is provided to service teams and customers during well-site operations
2- Develop the service business strategy to fully support Process & Flow Technologies strategic initiatives
3- Ensure a high standard of professionalism is maintained and that customer care is foremost
4- Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
5-Accurately record product related issues and refer to product / technical department as appropriate.
6- Being the point of escalation, if issue cannot be resolved by individual customer service staff.
7- Analyzes the frequent failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and supervising corrective action to decrease the probability of those failures.
• Coordinate technical specification for all mechanical spare parts need to be purchased.
• Assures safety of subordinates and equipment by adhering to safety standards and guiding team members during normal jobs.
• Assign daily maintenance requests to the field service engineers
• Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team

• Prepare or participate on offers/quotations/sales agreements and follow up on, tenders and purchasing from consultants
• Provide customers with all project related documentation for equipment, materials
• Arrange for commercial and technical quotations
Estimate quantities and costs
• Follow up projects with consultants & creating new accounts.
