ACE:
ACE insurance headed by ACE Limited offer a variety of insurance products for individuals, families and businesses of all sizes. For businesses, ACE offers a diverse suite of property and casualty, group accident and health, reinsurance and risk management solutions. We receive cheques and bills in the form of invoices i.e., scanned images from ACE and it's third party banks.
Cases are created for these invoices, which are uploaded into Savvion. These uploaded cases are processed through Savvion.
Maintenance and change requests in the Savvion application from the business users form the core of the service.
The project follows the onsite-offshore model, which means the enhancement requested by clients will be worked on from offshore as well as onsite. The project includes analysis and solution proposition of service requests raised by business users. A service request involves analysis, design, and document preparation, coding and testing. Technologies involved are Savvion, Java.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT:
• Analyzing the requirements and understanding the Business needs of the Customer.
• Understanding the Process Flow and Use Cases.
• Involved in analyzing, developing, fixing, testing & executing change requests in the application.
• Preparing weekly status report and updating the customer. Attending the weekly meeting and conference calls with the customer.
• Provide offshore Savvion Application Post-Production maintenance & support, taking the requirement from client for any change request.
• Provided technical solutions / resolve issues, troubleshooting development and environmental problems.
