My job responsibility includes water desalination plants, STP plants and Chemical treatment plant. My Responsibilities were conceptual design of packaged plants, supervision of procurement process and pre-delivery inspection.
Day-to-day operational and administrative process in many plants in western region and Sweihan Area
Also ensuring the proper handling of chemicals carried out by all personnel.
Monitoring the production/refilling of chemical on workshop
Monitor the quality of water based on the client requirements.
Provide training to operator and technician on proper use of PPE and chemical handling.
Perform other related duties as required.

My job was about water treatment plant. The treated water used for the production of medical solutions, which injected directly to the patient's blood vessels. I was responsible for overall day to day operation and maintenance work in the plant
Our work was done in three steps:
1- Raw water pre-treatment 'Physical & chemical treatment'.
Testing by using:
- PH meter.
- Turbidity meter.
- TDS by conductivity meter.
- Chlorine by photometer PC22.
- Microbiology test.

2- Water treatment by using RO systems.
Testing by using:
- TDS by conductivity meter.
- Chlorine by photometer PC22.

3- Post treatment by using Ion exchange, softener and Distillation system.
Testing by using:
- PH meter.
- Microbiology test.
Work Description:
- Supervision & coordination of central control room operation in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that the plants are functioning to expected efficiency level.
- Control all activities related to the plant operation and maintenance through continuous interaction with the plant staff.
- Fully conversant with plant operation in shifts with hands on experience on SCADA systems, daily, weekly, monthly and other reports as required.
- Inspection and regular monitoring to ensure that standard procedures are followed for efficient plant running.
- Coordinating the scheduled activities with shift leader supervisor to prevent mal-opt and to ensure safe & efficient operation.
- Coordinating with the maintenance department personnel for carrying out the planned / breakdown maintenance activities, and adhered in line with the manufacture's recommendation.
- Review & maintain the operation and maintenance documentation and database.
- Ensuring the proper handling of chemicals carried out by all personnel.
- Monitor the production / refilling of chemicals on workshop.
- Monitor the quality of water based on requirements.

My job responsibilities included the following:

1-Water treatment, using Softener and Ion exchange.
2-Produced water quality testing using:

- PH meter
- Hardness tablets
- TDS conductivity meter
- Chlorine by photometer PC22
- TDO by dissolve oxygen meter.
