• Write and develop standardized format and procedures of the SOW as pre standard.
• Responsible for the implementation of quality control system related Civil works accordance with project specification and engineering standards.
• Verify the equipment and devices used in the project meet the specification as per project requirement standards. Test in accordance with the procedures.
• Report to QA/QC manager and project manager as per project QA/QC plan.
• Coordinate with client representative’s regarding the implementation and quality of work.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress report, three week schedule.
• Review design drawings, specifications and calculations submittals and coordinates with the work of the other disciplines Maintain Project Quality documents and records.
• Review of client / vendor drawings and carryout incoming materials inspection.
• Manage all Quality related Inspection at site as per approved ITP/Method statement/Work instructions.
• Review Material Technical Submittals.
• checking and verifying IFC drawings and understanding technical specifications.
• Witnessing all the inspection & tests.
• Participating in the technical discussions with the client/supplier.
• Obtaining necessary approvals from the client in RFI forms and as built drawings, as and when required at site.
• Performs field inspections and provides professional field support as necessary during construction phases.
• Conduct Internal and participate in External Quality Audits.
• Initiating internal NCR’s for non-Conformances in the project whenever required.
