• Responsible for preparation and site implementation of CEMP, Emergency (spill) Response, Environmental awareness training and all relevant Environmental Control processes on site.
• Preparation of Environmental Monitoring Method Statements, Risk Assessment Reports, Emergency Action Plans and performing all related Environmental Monitoring field works as required
• Prepare and submit Emergency Action Plan (EAP), Environmental response plans, Maintain Environmental observation logs & diaries.

• Conducting visual and olfactory inspections & observations of project sites to establish dust generation and odor migration severity and ensuring that the application of the appropriate remediation and control means are adhered to from the relevant responsible parties.
• Monthly site audits to confirm contractors/sub-contractors and site personnel compliance to the requested CEMP terms and ensuring continuous adherence to Environmental requirements.
• Identify final disposal sites for all classes of wastes and manifest procedures for hazardous and sanitary wastewater.
• Classification of wastes based on Rules for Hazardous Wastes Management Local and International Laws for Environment Protection.
• Conduct field assessments, site familiarization, and terrestrial walkover assessments & monitoring activities for both flora, fauna and avifauna
• Ensure that all company Environmental policies and procedures are adhered to by all staff in the workplace.
• Conducting and supervision of Environmental Monitoring activities (Air, Noise, Dust, Vibration, Water and Groundwater, Effluent discharge Management, Waste Generation and Management, Environmental training and arranging Workshops.
• Interface with site supervisors on a daily basis to provide proactive technical advice for field activities.
• Identify site hazards, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision (and record).

Working as HSE Manager with Br. CAT Group in Onshore maintain Potential Project(OMPP) looking after construction activities of well heads pipelines, Tie Ins installation of X-mass tree, E&I switch rack RTU, production headers, Manifolds under SAUDI ARAMCO Client.

• Leading and coordinating HSE requirements on large-scale development projects on behalf of clients in the oil and gas sector
• Managing and motivating a team of over 80 staff toward the achievement of project targets and HSE compliance, delegating roles appropriately as well as undertaking HR related duties.
