* My core duties were tracking Projects and do their costing.
* Prepare, update and review budget, revenue, disbursement, cash receipt, journal voucher, payroll, invoice and purchase order transactions in the system on regular basis as per daily and monthly requirements.
* Update financial software in all manner for financial / management reports.
* Maintain receivables and payables ageing statements.
* Monitor and control petty cash.
* Reconciliation of bank statement with bank ledgers and client records.
* Calculation the annual depreciation of Assets.
* Maintaining staff personal data.
* Prepare ratio analysis.
* Prepare financial statements such as Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
* Prepare revenue, expenses, receipts, journal vouchers, payroll and invoice.
* Maintain accounting software for financial / management reports.
* Maintain customer receivables and their ageing.
* Monitor and control petty cash.
* Reconciliation of bank statement with bank ledgers and client records.
* Prepare financial statements such as Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
* Maintain Accounting transactions of Dataworks (Pvt) Ltd. (i.e. making Vouchers, JV(s), Cash and Bank Book, Cheques, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets Register, A/c. Receivable, A/c. Payable Balance Sheet, PnL etc.)
My other responsibilities are:
* Evaluating Financial needs of prospects.
* Helping in construction of “Chart of Account” and helping in day to day Financial problems for Customers.
* Generate financial reports for customers’ requirement in Built-in/Crystal Report Writer.
