• Supervising the implementation of network domain using directory service solution

• Supervising the information security from the virus's perspective, where I made the design for the antivirus management system that was installed centrally and manage all workstations that are connected to the network in different sites. And had different policies for protection from viruses in order to have a secure environment that can support work continuous.


• Supervising the project of call center of customer services Department by suggesting the required H/W (servers systems) to implement the required running services that serve business requirements .
