Responsible to achieve the project deliverables by:
Reviewing and implementing the project documents mainly the drawings,
specifications, QAQC plan, HSE plan.
Carry out the daily coordination with the all stakeholders and maintain and
manage the daily and monthly project’s reports.
Managing the daily work and coordinate the work between the different teams
(production, installation, construction, QAQC and HSE) and monitor their
performance.
Overall management of the planning, engineering, procurement, production and
logistic activities related to the project.

Responsible for sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, planning, technical design,
procurement, production, coordination, works execution, and contract compliance
of architectural exterior facade packages.
Projects

Responsible for technical design, supplying, production and work execution of
works package including curtain wall, steel structure and ACP cladding, ensuring
technical, quality, quantity, installation, and contract compliance.

Management, coordination, planning, and supervision of the company projects
and participate in some project estimation, technical design and review

Overall project management responsibility to meet contract requirements in terms
of scope and performance including technical evaluations and recommendations,
planning, scheduling, budgeting, global sourcing, analysis of works performed
contract negotiations with subcontractors, main contractors, consultants and
client, to final handover.

Responsible for ORACLE Purchasing, inventory and order management applications
installation.
