1. Follow up with Local & International Suppliers on tracking and following the delivery of Zain purchased items on (Regardless on DDP and/or None DDP) and to communicate Saudi regulations and shipping instructions to vendors/suppliers, acting on CITC approvals, prepare Customs Clearance documentations/formalities on or pre-arrival of goods and follow up until shipment is released from customs and delivered. 2. Inventory discrepancies to be reconciled with inventory team based on check & balance as a result of matching stock figures with inventory team figures. 3. Safety Stock monitoring. 4. Reporting 5. Line Production &work orders. 6. Drive operational efficiency with proven analytical and project management skills, supporting forecasting activities, identifying cost inefficiencies, proposing areas of improvement and enhancing the cross-functional synergies of Supply Chain Department.
