- Safeguard the inventory quantity and quality and implement stock count policies and procedures.
- Investigate and identify reasons behind stock variances and implement corrective actions to improve
accuracy.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO.
- Ensure goods are stored at all times at the proper temperature.
- Ensure all reporting warehouses fully comply with cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
- Ensure full implementation of safety & security procedures and tracks their effectiveness in order to reach

- Train and educate all staff on safety and security procedures in order to achieve full awareness among all
staff.
- Prepare yearly maintenance plan of all the warehouse facilities and equipments and follow up on full
implementation.
- Ensure the warehouse storage capacity is maximized.
- Ensure the effective and efficient planning and utilization of staff and fleet to maximize productivity.
- Ensure that delivery reliability targets set by the company are achieved to improve customer service.
- Report to GM.
- Ensure logistics procedures are update once every two years.
- Ensure promotional packing activities are done efficiently to improve quality and minimize manipulation
cost.
- Ensure hiring expenses, utilities and maintenance expenses are within budget.
- Recommend plans/ projects to optimize storage and delivery costs.
- Managing all warehousing jobs & activities.
- Writing Sops & Designing Forms.
- Participating in choosing & appointing warehouses staff.
- Maintain an inventory of full products to ensure that there is always sufficient qty. in the warehouses.
- Accepting vacations & giving sanctions.
- Responsibility over 10 warehouses (Food & Non Food) of around 25000M².
- Establishing coding system.
- Auditing random samples of input & output of warehouses.
- Facilitating & supervising at daily, weekly, and annual stocktaking for the available SKU’s and POSM.
- To investigate & validate that storage conditions, handling, cleaning are according the applied SOP.

- Reviewing random samples of warehouses vouchers, counting file, storage conditions record, reports file.
- Applying the ERP Sys. In a Factory from A to Z, Such as classifying the warehouses items into categories and types in order to control the transactions (Issue & Receipt) by entry and post them and ensure that all transactions agree with their orders and support the system with any needed development by giving consultations that suffice the cycle.
- Preparing Inventory reports.
- Applying RMS Sys. (Access Management System) for time attendance.
- Responsible on factory petty cash for expenses.
- Scrutinizes transactions and verifies various reports.
- Letter Correspondence.
- Selecting suppliers, negotiating with suppliers.
- Manage stock with maximum/minimum levels and reorder quantities to ensure operational needs are met through analyzing and forecasting demand of stock items
Understand customers needs and advice them with the best solutions to increase their competitiveness, productivity and profitability.
- Arrange the materials storage in good condition according to warehouse SOP.
- Perform the finished product receiving and maintain the finished good temporary storage area.
- Prepare Good transfer Form and get the proper approval.
- Ensure clear and correct labeling, ensure everything in its proper place, and ensure all inventory transactions are updated in the system.
- Perform materials/ sub materials physical count daily and periodically.
