Task
1 Dealing with purchasing, Marketing and operational Activities.
2 Dealing with pricing policies for retails ( Margin & Gross profit).
3 Control the shrink.
4 Quality Controller for all the products.
5 Dealing with the suppliers.
6 Maintaining the highest level of customer service.
7 Maintaining hygiene standards to the highest company level.
8 Maintaining Merchandising standards to the highest company level.
9 Maintaining the highest level of stock availability.
10 Maintaining Receiving & Return policy to highest standard.
11 Controlling inventory & shrink within acceptable company levels.
12 Work out of all the reports like profit & loss (p&l) and explain it.
13 Maintain highest store standards through the section supervisor checklist.
14 Arranging for Special Merchandising ( End Caps & floor displays &Seasonal displays & promotions ).
15 Plan, organize and control store activities with the assistance of department manager or store manager.
16 Supervise the inventory, preparation and investigation of any differences may appear between the actual and the system.
