Joined Rabigh Power Company as a Field Operator and currently doing my service as Control Rom Operator.
Control Operate and maintain Plant equipment's to Generate Power, Steam and water that ensure capacity and availability of the client's requirements for utilities (as per Petro Rabigh Agreement) through system Monitoring and efficient Operation of the Power Plant Facilities, Applying knowledge, Policies and Procedures.
Job Description and Objectives
• To ensure ease of operations and maximize plant efficiency.
• To minimize maintenance requirements and auxiliary power equipment.
• To maximize revenue producing Energy while minimizing capital and operational costs.
• To Ensure compliance with environmental and safety Regulations.
• Achieve zero operator
error in the execution of LOTO process, usage PPE, Operational procedure, and check list, walk around checks, Plant
Operational values under approved control limits (Technical vender, Manual or MOC) and shift turnover, excellent plant
housekeeping,
• Strict Follow up of planned operational activities (Changeover and Equipment test) and plant operation manoeuvres.
• Maintain DCS Alarm system under KPI (300Alarms/Day).
• Strict Control of Maintenance, Supply of Bulk
Chemicals (Trucks in Chemical Discharge area) activities, updates Data in OCEN & SAP operation log of every activity including communication with client.
• Achieve ZERO injuries in the Power Plant and ZERO damage on the Plant Equipment.
• Achieve 100% of reliability in Operator Duties/Responsibilities.
• Resolved all non-Conformities resulted from
any ISO audit within 1 month after issuance.
