General HR Administration
• Regular follow-ups and support in timely performance of general day to day HR activities and tasks
• Provide office orientation for new employees
• Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors, and newly hired employees
• Pays employees by distributing checks; maintaining records.
• Administers Employee medical insurance, by advising employees of eligibility; providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals.
• Ensures that all data pertaining to employees entered into SAP is correct and in accordance with the actual supporting documents.
• Employment Contract - generate and prepared all “Contract of Employment” with QPI which reflects to the Arabic translation which is a standard format contract and it has been verified by QPI legal department.
Compensation & Benefits
• Administer the Health Insurance benefit
• Receives & checking and process all relevant invoices for new hires’ expenses. Ensures that costs are correct and within QPI policy.
• Ensures that the monthly pension reports on national employees & QPI contributions checked and sent out to the Pension Authority on an accurate monthly basis.

Recruitment Tasks and Responsibilities
• Assist Recruitment Supervisors in identifying potential candidates and forwards resumes to departments for review
• Arranges telephone interviews and involved in organizing face to face interviews (e-tickets, hotel, al maha, full board meals) in Qatar as well as in QPI overseas offices (Bangkok, China etc)
• Provides feedback to candidates, agencies after review and interviews.
• Preparing Provisional Benefits packages and Employment offers for candidates.
• Coordinates pre-employment medical, business visa and work visa.
• Planning and executing mobilization of New Joiners to Qatar and to overseas offices such as in Bangkok and China
• Involved in completion of staff files.
• Involved in examination of recruitment invoices, obtaining approvals and creation of PRs on SAP
• Preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Prepares internal memos, undertakes minutes of HR meeting.
• Drafts personnel announcements and informs company about new joiners
