The intent is to ensure sustainable development in the Kingdom. Its emphasis is on arts and creativity, fun and interactive approach to the STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) and history — and plans to offer lifelong learning classes to the public at large.

The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture will house a world-class library, innovation and lifelong learning centers, museums, exhibits, multimedia venues and historial archives. The Center will also host live events, conferences and enrichment programs for young people and adults.

To take complete responsibility for the successful implementation of projects; lead and direct the project team, and act as the primary decision making authority and fully responsible for project budget (and eventually P&L)
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
 Translate the business plan into detailed activities and action plan.
 Liaise with partners and suppliers to ensure agreements on terms and conditions, responsibilities and deliverables.
 Recruiting required personnel
 Lead the project implementation, including:
a. Developing project plan in discussion with Program Leader and stakeholders,
b. Ensuring regulatory (MOE) clearances, licenses and approvals required for day-to-day operations,
c. And securing physical infrastructure required for the initiatives.

 Manage the P&L (Profit/loss) of the initiatives i.e. revenue targets, costs etc including:
a. Preparing budget and getting approval from CEO and Program Leader,
b. Ensuring required growth to meet revenue projections,
c. Overseeing key revenue drivers e.g. customer relations, quality of service, marketing etc,
d. Preparing for discussions on strategy for the initiative e.g. pricing, expansion plans etc,
e. Ensure each project milestone meets its revenue projections
f. And liaise with franchises in case the franchise model is chosen as the preferred model.

 Update project plan based on progress, increased knowledge, new developments etc
 Participate in management discussion on project expansion, planning other initiatives etc
 Liaise with the identified partners for project implementation
 Detail out the roll-out plan covering milestones, facility locations, time-lines, infrastructure etc
 Manage the communication and marketing for the new project/initiative
 Report the progress of the initiatives to the THC leadership on a regular basis
 Perform other duties as required by Program Leader or CEO

General Director at Ministry of Education

1- Strategic planning for my administration.
2- Looking after the ministry new school building projects in terms of contractors' liaising with the ministry code and contracting commitments. This year's total budget of new projects is 230 million SR and there are 12 engineers in our engineering office.
3- Managing all activities of finance including:
 budget plans: setup and follow-ups;
 maintenance contracts of buildings where my direct authority is up to 2.5 million SR;
 maintenance contracts of equipments where the total budget of year 2008 is more than 2.4 million SR;
 purchases; where my authority of direct purchase is up to 300, 000 SR;
 payroll where we have over 8000 employees;
 girl pupils' transportations contracts (over 300 buses are hired for this purpose);
 and recruiting middle and low profile positions (administrative assistants, technicians, drivers, janitors…etc).
4- Information technology; where we have a wireless LAN of more than 500 PCs administered by 7 servers and connected by 57 access points and 8 antennas connecting 6 separated buildings.
5- School health units; where we have two health centers of 8 doctors and two pharmacists.
6- Various pupils' affairs including (but not limited by) academic, financial, psychological, disciplinary, and off-curriculum activities (there are 107, 565 pupils), .
7- Various teachers' affairs including (but not limited by) training, transfer among schools, educational supervision, and short term recruitment.
8- Trouble shooting of emerging matters.
9- Representing the ministry in front of local authorities in my city up to the prince of eastern province.
