- Manage and execute the company’s Special & strategic projects in coordination with all relevant project stakeholders and subject matter experts, including external consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects and sub-programs as per the defined and agreed milestones of the projects and strategic plan.
- Develop and manage the Business Continuity Management program and strategy including the Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis according to NCEMA Standard and relevant ISO international guidance.
- Manage the projects related commercial aspects and coordinate with the business owners
- Design the strategic plan and support the management in implementing the strategy and product capability enhancement initiatives such as setting up the necessary facilities and technology plant equipment and carrying out improvement studies.
- Oversee Research and Development business programs and matters for the special projects contributing to the development of product solution according to the company strategic plan and business intelligence.
- Manage strategic projects like excellence and innovation related projects
- Assist the company in crafting the Awards’ submissions and provide the required consultations.
- Identify the company business functions and corporate risks in order to propose the strategies that control any disruption.
- Ensure the compliance and conformity of products and processes provided to the end users and stakeholders within different projects.
- Identify the risks of the organizational projects and design/monitor effective relevant controls
- Reinforce the performance culture and actively manage performance to meet and exceed all objectives
- Develop, recommend and implement relevant policies, procedures and guidelines in line with the internal/international standards to support repeat business, deliver consistent quality of service and resolve customer complaints to their satisfaction
- Develop team members as required to ensure business sustainability
- Encourage innovation and drive change management initiatives
- Build and maintain an effective and inclusive working relationship with all stakeholders, in particular, with the project team managers, all internal support functions and with key local and international clients towards ensuring smooth working relationship, avoiding any project or business disruptions and to address any potential issues proactively with minimal adverse impact on projects, program or the business.

 Manage coordinate Roads & Infrastructure Projects from the design and execution stages in collaboration with the main stakeholders and service providers utilities in the city of Al Ain such as the water & Electricity for Al Ain Distribution Company and Transco, Sewerage, Etisalat and Oil & Gas Pipelines for Dolphin or ADNOC
 Monitor and control the progress of work for the dedicated team from Contractors and/or consultants.
 Manage NOCs processes with concerned stakeholders and services providers affected by the infrastructural projects.
 Ensure compliance with the international standards and the local specifications and regulations related to utilities services.
 Manage the first Unit for the Infrastructure Value Engineering in the emirate of Abudhabi.
 Establish & maintain the first Manual of Value engineering among the municipalities of Abudhabi.
 Manage VE Studies and workshops conducted for the Projects in the design stage which is selected by the value engineering committee of the sector.
 Founder of the first suggestion system for the infrastructure sector to develop the infrastructural innovative activities.

Manager - Project Department (Substation/Cable) في Dubai Electricity & Water Authority

- Manage and full responsible for the design and execution of 132kV Substations (construction / electrical) and cable laying works,
Starting from receiving the project charter, awarding of the contract, designing of the buildings and equipments, installation, testing/commissioning and closing out.
- Responsible for the quality and safety assurance during the project execution.
- Assure the project compliance with the international Standard/organizational specifications, Master Plan, budgeted cost, contractual completion period (normally from 17-24 months - excluding the two years of warranty LD)
- Comply with the requirements of the protection, and the SCADA System to connect the Substation through the local control room with the Remote Control room.
- Manage the Progress Meetings with the contractors / consultants and stakeholders or developers.
- Closing out the projects (after the final clearance/handing over to the client by the end of the two years warranty) and preparing/presenting the reports to the LD Committee (including studying all the claims / correspondences / variations / extension of time)

Achievements:

- As project Manager, commissioning of (17) nos. of 132/11 KV Sub-Stations around Dubai in the new zones of Dubai and the old city.

- Managing more than (30) Projects in different stages varying from new execution, Maintenance Period and Closing out stages

- Handling multiple Substations simultaneously.

- Introducing and working on “Long Term Contracts” with manufacturers for some critical equipments like “Power transformers”

- Successful Management of multiple contractors on the same project and align their programs with the main schedule of the project to meet the target.
