Design the warehouse system and ERP for this project. • Control the cost for packaging material and manpower in order to make sure the target numbers for the bottom line on the P&L are achieved. • Controlling purchases for over 50 million dollars a year of fruits and vegetables • Managing a yearly budget of 120 million dollars • Manage the Sales team and achieving the sales target of over 50 million dollars • Managing and maintaining the KPIs for the Purchasing department, Sales department, and Auction department • Set programs for our yearly Fruits and Vegetables seasonal calendar sea containers and air shipments from Europe, North and South America, Middle East and Australia
Preparing a budget plan for the company and setting yearly sales and revenue targets for the Sales Team and Purchasing Team with a budget between 150 to 180 million dollars • Setting a new budget plan for all the departments according to the desired vision • Managing more than 400 team members in the Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse department and 15 Hypermarkets for the Fruits and Vegetables Sections • Monitoring performance of suppliers by assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements • Prepare contracts, shipping agreements, and other legal documents to solidify the relationship between the company and suppliers • ensured that commercial management strategies are set for all revenue streams and that all systems are used to their full potential to yield the highest possible amount of revenue from all available space, whether by growing our sales quantities in wholesale, retail, Horeca, outlets or other revenue departments such as 3PL (third-party logistics). • Developing sales strategies and setting targets for the sales department • Monitor the storage activities and inventory levels by conducting and reviewing audits and checks to ensure minimal stocks are held, wasta e is minimized and service levels are met. • Monitor and manage the forecasting utilizing the ERP Planning system in order to maintain stock control ensuring product availability.
