*Testing optical fiber cables and analysis of the optical fiber path loss by using JDSU laser tester device(MTS 8000) and determining the following:
-Total power loss along optical fiber cable.
-Chromatic Dispersion (CD).
-Polarized Mode Dispersion (PMD).
-Attenuation Profile (AP).
*Operation, Testing, configuration, Transmission and troubleshooting for SDH & DWDM devices (Cisco ONS15454, ONS15600 STP & RFSTP ):
-Functionality, ALS (Automatic Laser Shutdown), Sensitivity & BER tests for STM-64, STM-16, STM-4, STM-1 & E1 equipments.
-External Timing Mode, Free Running Timing and Holdover Timing Tests.
-Cross Connection Cards Tests.
-Timing Controller Cards Tests.
-BER tests of Transponder and Muxponder DWDM cards.
-Measuring the OSNR (Optical Signal to Noise Ratio) for different wavelengths.
-Designing and testing the protection path between SDH nodes by using SNCP(Sub Network Connection Protection), MSSPRING & MS-DPRING techniques.
-Testing and Cofiguration all DWDM Network Transmission for Terminal, Hup (Pass Through), OLA (Optical Line Amplifier), OADM (Optical Add Drop Multiplexer) and ROADM Nodes.
*Designing the SDH & DWDM Rings by MSTP (Metro Planner) program.
I studied in one of most strongest Universities in Kingdom of Jordan which is called "Jordan University of Science & Technology". This University feed me the creativity skill in Engineering Knowledge and gave me hard study & research in (5) years period to be strong and qualified Engineer anywhere.
