Source applicants, and then initially interview them, nominate the qualified applicants to the concerned department, conduct interviews with the candidates along with the concerned departments, and then do the process and the paper work of the chosen candidates.
My group was responsible for Branches International Money Transactions.
I was an A/C Salesman, for all air conditioning types, then after 2 years I used to be the Showroom Manager, and responsible for 2 salesmen and my own sales. I used to visit projects along with our engineer, in order to provide cotations or see progress of our work in certain project.
