• Analyze performance management systems results and develop comprehensive training plans
• Improve Employee Retention by effectively implementing talent management functions
• Advertise roles on Linked in, Bayt and other recruitment channels
• Screen candidates in order to provide qualified shortlist to hiring managers ensuring the applicant meets position requirements
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• HR lead for Psychometric assessment.
• Deliver talent management solutions across Obeikan Investment Group alongside talent centers and online psychometric assessment.
• Supervise Obeikan Investment Group performance management process by ensuring proper implementation of the system, advising managers, and providing coaching sessions when necessary.
• Monitoring the Job families’ formwork with competencies and mapping.
• Create and map competencies for new roles as required
• Provide leadership in the use of Performance Management across Obeikan Group companies.
• Devise and publish annual PMS plans.
• Provide regular training and support in Performance Management.
• Continuously improve PMS systems within the Group acting on feedback from managers and employees.
• Support Management teams and HR Business Partners in best practice in Performance Management and Succession Planning.
• Monitor PMS activity and drive take up.
• Developing, implementing and managing performance process.
• Plan and administer day to day operations of HR functions in corporate level serving 3000+ employees from various nationalities.
• Consult with line management providing HR guidance/support.
• Proactively supports delivery of HR processes.
• Independently source candidates utilizing professional networks, advertisement, on-line job sites, and other means to obtain the best qualified candidates.
• Work with other recruitment personnel team to align the priorities & keep the team updated on activities.
• Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualification and other data pertinent to classification, selection and referral.
• Ensure the implementation of HR Policies. Clarify, explain and interpret Human Resources policy to all employees as needed
• Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations of employee discipline.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Oversee implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008
• Participated in several HR key projects e.g. BAAN, HRMS Oracle
• Plan and administer day to day operations of HR functions in corporate level serving 3000+ employees from various nationalities
• Conduct Weekly / Monthly / quarterly meeting with respective business units.
