-Collect, Screen, and select CVs which met the requirements for current vacancies.
-Contact potential applicants to arrange both face-to-face and/or over the phone and on-site with speed and efficiency and give the
professional advises to the line managers.
-Keep track of all new recruits and the progress of vacancies.
-contact person with recruitment agencies in KSA and abroad.
-Send regret letters for unselected candidates.
-Verify all educational and experience certificates and documents for the new employees.
-Check and make sure all new employees files are completed before the employee joined.
-Coordinate with all line managers for scheduling interviews.
-Prepare and negotiate job offers according to the JD and the line manager opinion.
-Prepare job advertisements and liaise with advertising media and/or recruitment agencies
-Keep data bank for all CV'S to be used when needed.
-Keep records with the available block visa and
-coordinate with HR staff issuing new ones when required.
-Responsible to deal with HRDF in the Saudizations matters, doing the deals and following them process to ensure getting back the compensations in timely manner.
-Produce recruiting reports, including Excel spreadsheets to track interview activity internal ATS
-Liaise with Line Managers to determine recruitment needs
-Administer compensation, benefits, safety and recreation programs
