1. Project for DEI BIOPHARMA CO. in Uganda - 09/2021 to 07/2022

• Lead the installation of controlled contamination environment with an area of 1600 m2 with all stages.
• Managing the installation of HVAC systems including: 13 air handling units installation, 2 air-cooled chillers installation, 2 gas boilers installation, air ducts fabrication and installation, other ducting system accessories installation (fire dampers, balancing dampers, flexible ducts, plenum boxes, grilles & diffusers), hot & cold water manifolds making, hot & cold water header pipes connections, and piping testing & insulation.
• Managing the installation of entire firefighting system containing pumping group installation, laying and connecting external underground HDPE pipes, isolating gate valves installation, above ground pillar hydrants installation, internal pipes laying and connecting, internal wall mounted hydrants installation, and fire alarm system installation.
• Managing the installation of the electrical/control system in all its fields including: cable trays installation, electrical/control panels, lightings, sockets, switches, presence sensors, interlocking systems, badge readers, data/phone, machines connections, and BMS.
• Management of installation and connection of purified water room and all pipelines (SS316L).
• Managing the installation and pipelines connections of all utilities (chilled water, steam, compressed air, tap hot water, and tap cold water).
• Attending and management of systems start-up and qualification & validation.

2. Project for United Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in Jordan - 07/2022 to 11/2022

• Lead the installation of HVAC system, electrical and control connections, and systems start-up and validation.

• I attended and witnessed the Installation of cleanroom project 150m2 with all stages and the installation of the HVAC system. I participated in the installation of semi-solid materials mixing & homogenizing machine, weighing booths, and isolator system.
• Qualification processes for HVAC systems, purified water treatment unit, mixing machines, filling machines, weighing booths, LAF's, isolator system, air compressor, and track & trace machine.
• Calibration and testing of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment and instruments.
• Carry out thermal mapping studies for controlled temperature chambers (autoclaves, incubators, refrigerators, freezers, vacuum oven, and stability chambers) and storage areas.
• Good knowledge of regulations and guidelines including GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 14644, ISO 8573-1, ISO 17025, WHO, and ISPE.
