Oversee the management of periodical lease contract renewals, and tenant requests for overall service delivery
Develop and manage framework for tenant relationship: customer service /call center& complaint handling
Accountable for collections, service charge management & maintaining asset integrity through FM activities and services
Responsible for the planning and implementation of operation and maintenance activities for client retained commercial assets.
Manage tendering and contracting activities, managing formal supplier/ contractor review processes, ensuring adherence to all tendering and contracting processes and participation in contract dispute resolutions.
Manage placemaking initiatives and activate the public realm through permanent and temporary public space improvements, pop up retail, and other activation tools
Management of fit-out works & activities from inception until normal operation.
Follow-up tenant collection and legal cases
Conduct market research and develop annual budget for services and provide contract management support
Overall service provider management, benchmarking, KPI monitoring and reporting as per the client requirements
Ensure monthly and periodic reporting on the assets under management
Work closely with agencies involved in approval, and permitting processes
Develop and modify workflows and processes in accordance with approved policies and procedures
Provide programmatic and general administrative and operational support to Property Management.
Soft & Hard services, such as Scheduling and planning regular maintenance and
building repairs. Managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly. Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking
installation and servicing. Maintain stock levels and parts within budget. Deliver strong strategic plans & review KPI's. Oversee security of buildings and grounds · Maintain ongoing communication
with contractors, clients, and team Requirements and Key skills. Examine existing service demands, maintenance schedules, service requests, user
complaints, operating or maintenance contracts, service delivery agreements
with user groups, dependency with other assets, and implications of asset failure. Monitor, plan, refine and assess budgets, planning for forecasting and cost
savings. Provide report evaluation of financial accounts.

MUSHEIREB DOWN TOWN PROJECT (PHASE-1B & PHASE 4) & Sidra Hospital
Coordination between IFC & shop drawing for MEP Drawings. Managing sub-contractors at site to deliver required activities on time. Site monitoring and supervision to assure that all team members following
correct measures for tasks execution including health and safety measures. Following up Mechanical installations at site for HVAC systems, Firefighting, plumbing and 3rd fix installations. Closing all test packs comments for testing and commissioning phase.
