1- Knowledge of supervision of the process of the transfer of day- old chicks from the airport to the farmer with temperature control and ventilation.
2- Responsible for preparation of houses for brooding, setup and monitor brooding for day old chicken(DOC).
3- Knowledge of food and water management for first 14 days of birdʾs life, feeder and feeding management for rear period.
4- Grading managing of birds like select the birds by size and place in pens according to size.
5- Body weight and feeding adjustment according to weekly basis result and performance.
6- Knowledge about the birds transferring to new laying houses and train birds to new feeding system. To decide when birds are ready to start light stimulation prior to start of laying.
7- Ability to physical examination of birds and adjust feed program accordingly.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:-
8- Dealing with custom to receive Day-old chickens continues the process of transport and delivery to breeder 1&2 with checking the data logger graph for temperature variation.
9- A role in administration department to check the day off and vacation schedules for Saudi staff. Including HR Matters for Breeders farm.
10- Reviewing accuracy of TRAS and BTRAS to arrange holidays of staffs. To assist with local employee resignation and termination rocess.
