1- Assure an adequate supply of assigned materials to all projects.
2- check each purchase order comply with Company requirements and policies, to achieve balance between function, productivity, quality, delivery, and cost
3- Select sources of supply, negotiate terms and conditions, and issue purchase orders
4- evaluate and analysis the quotations & competitive bidding
5- Develop and improve long-term vendor relations
6- Assure fulfilment of purchase order terms in delivery, quality, price, quantity and other standards
7- Notify vendors regarding specifications and other required changes
8- Maintain close communication with related departments regarding any purchase orders requirements
9- Inspect physical condition of required materials.
10- Prepare work order for repairs and requisitions for replacement equipment.
