• Identify and Update Asset list.
• coordinate with the plant to identify the critical asset.
• assigned to implement maintenance material requirement plan MRP.
• Audit the performance of the maintenance team against the planned maintenance.
• Utilize SAP in arranging the maintenance plan for the business unit.
• Arrange the vessel discharge and receiving plan for incoming vessels for imported bulk grain raw materials.
• Serves as the focal point in coordinating between the MMD operation and maintenance team and the Feeds business unit.
• Coordinate with the QC department for any quality control issues with the received raw materials.
• Support the operation team in the implementation of the receiving plan.
• Monitoring the raw material condition and raw material storing period (age).
• Make sure to use SAP for Preventive Maintenance PM
• Coordinate with maintenance planning engineer, scheduler and the operators to implement the preventive PM and corrective
maintenance CM without any conflict.
• Communicate with the contractors/vendors whenever needed to solve any technical issues.
• Responsible for raising claims against contractors/vendors/suppliers for any work or manufacturing defects.
• Provide technical support to the maintenance team on all mechanical related issues within the plant
• Responsible to monitor project progress, Prepare the installation packages of site project.
• Responsible for monitoring, the silos, conveyor bucket elevators and equipment erection.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress.
• Follow and inspect the contractor and consultant progress
preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Leadership ability to manage the contractors.
• Material logistic and communication skills.
• Arrange and participate in safety meetings before starting any new tasks to ensure that we are following the requirements.
• Attending and Participate in most project meetings.
• Following HSE procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Participate in finding solutions of any difficulties in projects.
