i was responsible for the personnel and the social insurance in the head office in Pepsi cola Egypt
Monthly review the number and salary of the employs with a print out from the payroll to issue the cash request for the monthly fees.
Calculate the monthly fees for the social insurance and the medical insurance
Present form 1 for the new hired to the social insurance office.
Present the required forms and documents for the transferred employs to the social insurance office
Present form 6 for the employs whom service has been terminated
Prepare and complete form 2 which contain the names, date of birth, social security number, hiring date, basic and changing salary “according the amount stated by the ministry of social insurance” and the job title for all the employ in the head office and present it to the social insurance office ones in January and in July every year
Complete the required document for the work injures and present it to the social insurance office
Complete the procedures for the pension and early pension requests
Select the most qualified people to hire in certain jobs on certain level.
Make sure that new hires submitted all the hiring documents and that they are correct
Issuing employees ID cards
Create and update personal files
Add all new hire to the system "HR ORACLE based system"
Keep record of the employ’s annual leaves, sick leaves, in the work injury, if they were working out of the office
Apply the company's policy concerning disciplinary actions
Responds to inquiries for the purpose of providing information, facilitate communication among parties and provide direction
Calculate the overtime and make sure there is an approval for working overtime
Update the personal data and the annual leaves for all the employees and send it to the payroll

Distribute the performance appraisal to all the line manger and make sure they fully understand how to evaluate the performance of their subordinates
Complete the disclaim for the employs which service has been terminated
Submit a weekly report contains the numbers, names, positions, reporting relations, number of turnover and newly hired employees the vacant positions that need to be fill in four plants plus the head office
