 Explain billing Invoices and Accounting policies vendors and clients
 Supervision for preparing invoice /credit note for customer
 Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
 Reconciliation of Customer, Supplier's & Bank Account
 Report all cash transaction (cash book)
 Follow up with counter staff for sales are pending
 Bank transaction (Deposit Cash / Checks / Transfers)
 Disputes with airlines
 Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
 Follow-up on collections and delinquent customer accounts
 Draw up monthly financial reports
